Central Community Riding Facility

Completed in early 2003, the Central Community Riding Facility has already been host to several clinics and other events. It will be available for use to homeowners, and is easily accessible from all of the home sites as well as the trail. The Central Community Riding Center is located inside of “Pirouette Place,” a one-way street that also leads to six farmettes. The Riding Facility features:

• ·  Outdoor Arena (80 ft x 225 ft)
• ·  20-stall Clinician’s Barn
• ·  Wash rack
• ·  Two bathrooms

 

Schooling Cross Country Course

The Cross County Course will feature jumps appropriate for schooling.

 

Trails & Fencing

  The property will feature more than 3 miles of trails, separated from the backs of the farmettes by approximately 18,000 feet of horse- and dog-safe perimeter fence. Some 2.5 miles of trail are already being used and more than 12,000 feet of fence has been installed.

 

The Carriage House

A lovingly restored 1800s Victorian home furnished with period antiques. Carriage House (Restaurant) building is available for Lease. It is the first stage of the Jefferson Equestrian Estates Village.

 

Future Community Amenities

The following amenities will be available exclusively to Jefferson Equestrian Estates homeowners and their guests:

Recreation- Playground, Swimming Pool & Tennis Courts

Clubhouse – Providing a unique placed for private parties and conferences.

The Village – The Village will provide additional ease and convenience to Jefferson Equestrian Estates homeowners with a variety of shops, stores, and more. Day to day needs and desires will be met with shops such as a tack store, florist, and pet groomer. Chiropractic care, massage therapy, and other healthcare providers will be housed in The Village. The 15-20 retail cottages in The Village will be set amongst charming English lower gardens and quiet pathways.
