The vision of Jefferson Equestrian Estates is that of President Lisa Wytiaz, who has lived the life of an equestrian for years, struggling with the realities of urban growth that intrude on the way of life for the modern equestrian. Rising prices and reduced areas for horses send horse owners further and further from civilization, while accessing tack stores, feed stores, riding facilities, etc. require more time in a vehicle and less time with their horses.

The true needs of the modern equestrian have been recognized, and Lisa’s vision is becoming a reality in Jefferson Equestrian Estates, whose mission is to provide a place that will encompass all of these needs and truly bring the lifestyle of the modern equestrian home, where it needs to be.

Furnished with all of the modern amenities and conveniences, Jefferson Equestrian Estates offers serenity and latitude that takes you back to a time and place where life was all about horses, family, and fun.
